Hi Vicki, I ended up cooking at the condo a few times, some of those french dip sandwiches and a wonderful bacon mushroom chicken. We did go out to the Chart House and I had a poblano corn meal crusted halibut. It was good but I liked my husband's ahi dish better. Mmmm!

That is really something. It's been a while since I have seen that kind of snow piled up! I love snow but hate the spring slush! Did you eat anything wonderful while you were away?
